Barry Lieberman is the Head of Hotel Franchise Finance for Western Alliance Bank. Based in the New York metro area, he manages the platform and serves clients nationwide, providing lending solutions for existing hospitality assets as well as ground-up construction. The Hotel Franchise Finance platform has offices in Phoenix, New York, Atlanta and Chicago.

Mr. Lieberman joined Western Alliance in 2016, when the organization acquired his division from GE Capital, where he had worked since 2006. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance and hospitality, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and a master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
